Our Mission And Vision
We are a community-based not-for-profit foundation dedicated to patient assistance and community education while improving the health and wellness of the residents we serve in the Gulf Coast Region.
With generous support from individuals and businesses in our local community, we are able to help qualified patients by providing assistance with utility bills, aid for prescription co-pays, transportation to and from treatment, purchase of necessary medical supplies and other expenses as needed are considered.
